I am an experienced venture builder across multiple industries and business models. I have co-founded three startups, and scaled two companies to 2X revenue growth -- resulting in two 10X+ exits.
I have also stepped in to turn around three companies by identifying new opportunities for revenue generation, establishing repeatable processes, and tightening financial management.
I build and scale from a broad foundation of experience: analytics & rigor from my investment banking work, vision & innovation from my strategy consulting work, revenue generation & scaling from my hands-on operations work, and systematic problem-solving & product focus from my engineering education.
I do not believe in an industry focus -- on the contrary, I have purposely sought out operating and investing across multiple industries. I often bring early developments sprouting in industry 1 to industry 2, which allows for innovation and uncommon strategy.
