Scaled antiques & fine arts marketplace
Role: Chief Revenue Officer & CFO.
Re-defined the business model and led the company to become a B2B2C marketplace with 1,600 auctioneers, 120,000 bidders and more than $2 billion in annual auction revenue. Led product, finance, marketing, and sales. More than doubled revenue in 18 months post new business model launch, negotiated the sale to Bessemer Ventures. The company got acquired in July 2021 by ATG for $525MM.

e-commerce TV channel
Role: Scaled operations in Eastern Europe.
Negotiated a joint venture with a major nationwide TV channel to launch a TV shopping channel in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Launched initial operations and worked to resolve all operational issues: shipping from China, returns, customer satisfaction. Helped refine product inventory to match local tastes. Launched a private delivery service to make up for the deficiencies of the postal service deliveries.

Scaled music channel for young audiences
Role: expanded Scandinavian music TV show to nation-wide distribution in Russia. Negotiated a 3-hour airtime window on a major TV channel, and led the sale of advertising to Fortune 500 companies out of London ad sales office.

Scaled TV gaming show
Role: negotiated a federal lottery license and launched a Scandinavian gaming show on TV in St. Petersburg & Moscow, Russia. Created ticket sales & distribution network, and signed on major sponsors for prizes.
